Business Modeling
The objective of the Business Modeling service is to define a business model documenting customer’s business processes that will be used as a basis of the animal management system specification.
Customisation
The objective of the Customisation service is to prioritise the User Requirements, define the project scope and then deliver the Solution and its phase deliverables according to the Cidercone Solution Delivery model
Deployment
The objective of the Deployment services is to ensure the effective and fast deployment of the solution for customer use. SmartLab Deployment Services include five different service entities: Installation service, Training service, Acceptance Test Support service, Deployment Planning service and Deployment Consultation service.
Support & Maintenance
The objective of the Support and Maintenance service is to provide the customer support and the needed software maintenance after the solution delivery. There are two alternative support and maintenance packages available for the customers.
Hosting
The objective of the Hosting service is to provide comprehensive outsourcing of the server platform maintenance, server capacity and the solution monitoring.
