Tuomas Kohila M.Sc, founder, CEO
Tuomas is the head of Cidercone as well as the company’s largest shareholder. Before founding Cidercone, Tuomas worked for Nokia in Wireless Data marketing, participating in some of the world’s first Value Added Services projects, and managing Nokia’s relationships and case analysis. He was a member of the founding team of the Nokia Artuse Developer Programme, now part of the Forum Nokia worldwide developers’ programme. Before joining Nokia, Tuomas attended Colorado State University, where he studied international business and financing. Prior to that, he worked for Ericsson marketing in Finland and ABB.
Oliver Boldt, Vice President
As Vice President Oliver Boldt is responsible of running and growing Cidercone business. Oliver has strong marketing and product business management background. Oliver has worked with several new application businesses leading them successfully through the intial stages of growth. Previously he worked for 10 years at Nokia Networks and, before becoming VP, as Marketing Director at Cidercone. Oliver is originally from Germany and has been living for almost 15 years in Finland. ”I am proud of our team, our product and especially what we have achieved for our customers. Markku Sani, Director, Operations
Operations Director Markku Sani is responsible for the customer deliveries, services, R&D and quality assurance. “Cidercone’s business is based on a product which can be customized to meet the customer requirements. Usage of our service products in the solution deployment enables optimal customer use. We have a proven track record of successful project deliveries. One of our biggest focus areas is the process development and the utilization of agile approach” Markku started his professional career in a healthcare area. Before joining Cidercone Markku gained experience of clinical information management systems as he worked almost 10 years in different product and R&D management positions at Instrumentarium and GE Healthcare.
Kristiina Burtsoff, HR Manager
Kristiina Burtsoff joined Ciderone in August 2007 after few years of child care leave. As HR Manager Kristiina is responsible for developing and implementing good HR practises and communications. Kristiina has worked several years in finance and controlling in finnish industrial companies and also in Germany. Currently she is doing the exam on the strategic HR management. ”Competence management is in our business cruicial. Our employees have high working ethics and ability and motivation to continuous improvement of their work, so our mission is to steer this ability to the benefit of our customers.”
Tia Pyhäluoto, Controller
Tia Pyhäluoto started as controller at Cidercone in August 2007. Prior to that Tia has many years of working experience in finance and controlling of large international corporations. Tia had head start on the first weeks at Cidercone and administrated the division of Cidercone and Life-Cycle Solutions. After the division she has been working on streamlining the financial processes and reporting. “It is interesting to manage the whole field of finance and controlling after working several years in large companies among more specialized tasks. Here is always new and interesting projects going on.”
